Junior Merchandiser Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Junior Merchandiser to join our team at Cast UK Limited. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in driving sales and profitability while effectively managing stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock Management: Ensure accurate and efficient stock management processes are in place to meet business needs.
  • Supply Base Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Trading, Range Planning, Strategy and Forecasting: Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform trading decisions and drive business growth.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
  • At least 3 years of merchandising experience, preferably in luxury homewares or start-up environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills to extract insights from complex data.
  • Confident communicator and innovative thinker.
  • Initiative and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive project management skills.
