Role Overview

We're seeking a highly analytical and commercially-minded Junior Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for owning the CRM activity and site merchandising, working closely with our Merchandise Manager to optimize product performance on our site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysis of on-site product performance to inform data-driven decisions
  • Setting up campaigns and promotions to drive sales and engagement
  • Reporting on promotion and campaign performance to measure success
  • Site categorization, optimizing product placement and customer journey, search and conversion
  • Publishing products to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Optimizing pricing and multibuys to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Owning newsletter activity, including daily newsletters, automations, and customer segmentation, working closely with our global CRM team

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Confidence to collaborate and develop strong relationships across the organization
  • A logical approach to testing and adopting continuous improvement
