**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our team at Verity Healthcare Limited. As a Care Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care services, managing a team of care staff, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of care.
**Main Responsibilities:**
- Manage, support, and mentor a team of care staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing training.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of care plans to ensure they meet the changing needs of clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies, including CQC requirements.
**Requirements:** Must have a full UK driving license and a strong understanding of care regulations, standards, and best practices.
