We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ophthalmic Healthcare Coordinator to join our team at Optical Express Group. As a leading provider of eye care services, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to coordinate and deliver exceptional patient care and outstanding clinical outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating pre-operative testing and preparation of patients for surgery
- Providing guidance on post-operative care and medication use
- Updating medical records and maintaining accurate documentation
- Supporting surgeons during consent appointments and treatments
- Undertaking roles in IOL theatres and laser vision correction departments
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
