Customer Service Coordinator

The Customer Service Coordinator role is a key position within the Development Services team at Wessex Water.
This role is responsible for ensuring all water main applications are processed within the timeframe set by Water UK's levels of service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing applications received from customers and producing offer letters and legal agreements
- Obtaining designs to serve developments that require new water mains and services within our region
- Administering development throughout the project lifecycle to ensure all infrastructure charges, inline mains connections, as-built drawings, meter details, and plot-to-postal addresses are provided and available to stakeholders
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth delivery of water main applications.
Requirements:
- Good communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to provide estimates and work within the water sector
- Experience working in the water industry is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Team-oriented personality and willingness to learn
