The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams of stock counters to deliver end-to-end stock taking services. This will include ensuring that correct procedures and processes are followed, delivering exceptional customer service standards on all sites, and monitoring and improving team productivity where possible.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Full Driving License
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Basic IT skills
  • The ability to remain focused when under pressure
  • Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
  • Willingness and ability to travel

Working Hours

">

This role requires flexible availability, with shift lengths varying from day to day. You will be required to work evening/night shifts and may be traveling to different client sites each day.

Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £33,480 (£29,000-£30,000 plus £290 per month car allowance) and enjoy a range of benefits including company car, full-time/ permanent salaries, expenses paid, ongoing training, progression opportunities, and paid holiday.
