At Wessex Water, we are seeking a highly organized and communicative Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing water main applications, producing offer letters and legal agreements, and administering development projects throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process applications received from customers and produce offer letters and legal agreements
  • Obtain designs to serve developments that require new water mains and services
  • Administer development projects to ensure all infrastructure charges, inline mains connections, and plot-to-postal addresses are provided

Requirements:

  • Good communication and time management skills
  • IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of water sector guidance and experience working in the water industry
  • Basic understanding of DMEX and good customer service skills
