Business Development Manager - Southwest Region
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales/Business Development Manager to join our sales team in the Southwest Region. The successful candidate will focus on selling all of our products, services, and solutions to new and prospective customers, as well as increasing volumes within our current client base through impeccable account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating new business opportunities through business development activity and networking.
- Proposing the right solution to best fit a potential customer's needs.
- Managing the sales pipeline while acting as a point of contact throughout.
- Working closely with internal departments to promote cross-selling.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of working in the recruitment industry.
- Ability to work autonomously, be proactive, and have the proven ability of calling and networking to generate new business opportunities.
- Driving license essential.
Benefits:
- A basic salary between £35,000 and £50,000.
- Uncapped commission.
- Company car.
