Business Development Manager

The Role:
A seasoned Sales/Business Development Manager is required to join our sales team in the Southwest Region. The successful candidate will focus on selling all of our products, services, and solutions to new and prospective customers, as well as increasing volumes within our current client base through exceptional account management.
Duties:
• Generating your own meetings through business development activity and networking.
• Proposing the right solution to best fit a potential customer's needs.
• Managing your sales pipeline while acting as a point of contact throughout.
• Working closely with internal departments to promote cross-selling.
• Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout.
Requirements:
• Proven experience of working in the recruitment industry.
• Ability to work autonomously, be proactive, and have the proven ability of calling and networking to generate new business opportunities.
Benefits:
• A basic salary between £35,000 and £50,000.
• Uncapped commission.
• Company car or allowance.
• Pension and healthcare scheme.
• Bonus scheme and commission pay.
• Company pension, on-site parking, company car or allowance, and private healthcare.
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Exeter.
