We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Administrator to join our team at Corepeople Recruitment Limited.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Streetworks Coordinator, assisting with the planning of work schedules, managing information from multiple sources, and reporting on job progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage work schedules and coordinate with operational teams to obtain progress information
  • Report on completed and outstanding jobs
  • Assist the Streetworks Coordinator with administrative tasks and cover during holidays
  • Update databases with documents and images
  • Liaise with the customer care team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Communicate with customers regarding planned work dates and manage their expectations
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering or drainage background, strong IT skills, and some planning knowledge. Remuneration is £25,000 per annum.
