Job Summary:
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Streetworks Coordinator, assisting with the planning of work schedules, managing information from multiple sources, and reporting on job progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage work schedules and coordinate with operational teams to obtain progress information
- Report on completed and outstanding jobs
- Assist the Streetworks Coordinator with administrative tasks and cover during holidays
- Update databases with documents and images
- Liaise with the customer care team to deliver excellent customer service
- Communicate with customers regarding planned work dates and manage their expectations
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering or drainage background, strong IT skills, and some planning knowledge. Remuneration is £25,000 per annum.
