The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our administrative team as a Learning and Teaching Administrator. In this role, you will provide professional support for the delivery of world-class education programs, working closely with faculty members, students, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for teaching and learning activities, including student registration, attendance monitoring, and assessment coordination.
  • Manage data and information accurately, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, students, and external partners.
  • Contribute to team planning and problem-solving, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with University policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Five GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English Language and Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a busy office environment, delivering front-line administrative services or relevant qualifications.
  • Excellent communication, digital, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
