The Role and the DepartmentThe School of Government and International Affairs (SGIA) is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our friendly administrative team as a permanent Learning and Teaching Administrator. This role will provide professional support for the delivery of world-class education programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide an excellent and timely service to students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Manage time to meet deadlines and work under pressure without compromising on quality.
- Collect, organise, and record data and information accurately and provide reports as required.
- Promote positive wellbeing arrangements that benefit the team.
- Use and apply relevant professional and regulatory standards, such as data protection when managing data.
- Update guidance on standard operating procedures followed by the team.
- Five GCSEs at least Grade C or level four (or equivalent) including English Language and Mathematics or equivalent experience.
