Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, social support, and domestic assistance to our service users. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring that our service users receive the best possible care and support.

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users and their families. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is passionate about delivering exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with medication administration and management
  • Support service users with their daily living activities, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with the care team
  • Monitor and report any changes in service user's condition or needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
