Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, social support, and domestic assistance to our service users, while adhering to their individual care and support plans. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our service users receive the best possible care and support, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with social activities, such as going out in the community, watching TV, and engaging in hobbies
  • Support with domestic tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Monitor and report any changes in the service user's condition or behavior
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care and support
Requirements
  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration

  • Moving and Handling
