About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Support Worker to join our team at HMP Deerbolt. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to individuals who are struggling with drug and alcohol addiction.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with the Service Manager, Recovery Coordinators, a Family Support Worker, Reconnect Navigator, and Building Recovery Worker to provide a holistic approach to supporting individuals in their recovery journey.

You will be responsible for delivering an induction package, completing triage and comprehensive assessments, assessing risk, setting initial recovery plan goals, and supporting individuals who want to engage with our service.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are a team player who is able to work collaboratively and prioritize tasks effectively, we would love to hear from you.
