Job Title: Client Services Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team at Burgh Recruitment. As a Client Services Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting our Partner in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and third parties, responding to general enquiries and meeting and greeting at the office
  • Manage business submissions using bespoke software, ensuring accurate and timely completion
  • Update and maintain the Practice's CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Prepare meeting documentation and follow up client meeting notes, ensuring seamless communication
  • Provide additional support to the Partner as required, ensuring seamless business operations

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Administrator, ideally in financial services or a related sector
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 and bespoke software
  • Excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good time management and planning skills
