Care Delivery Excellence Specialist

Brook Street UK Careers is looking for a Care Delivery Excellence Specialist to join our team in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality care services to individuals with complex needs. Your role will involve mentoring and supporting a team of dedicated care professionals, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in complex care, preferably within a home care setting. You should also hold a Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification. In addition, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage complex care packages effectively.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced care professional to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of others. The salary for this role is £32,200 - £36,000 per annum.
