Compassionate Community Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Rapid Response Care Assistant.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and develop expertise in various complex care areas, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. You will have full training and clinical support to excel in this role.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other conditions. Your duties will involve traveling to different locations within a 75-mile radius and working on an on-call rota.
Requirements- Prior social care experience is essential for this role.
- You must be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
- You should possess resilience and the ability to care for individuals with diverse needs.
We offer a competitive salary of £15 per hour + 30p mileage, access to innovative technology, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
