  • Assist the onsite management team in providing SHEQ compliance, advice, and guidance.
  • Prepare and review risk assessments and procedures.
  • Conduct inductions, training, and toolbox talks.
  • Review vendors, conduct audits, and inspections.
  • Monitor and deliver internal audits, on-site inspections, and report on SHEQ performance for business operations.
  • Prepare reports on performance against objectives, targets, and SHEQ performance.

This role requires a strong understanding of health and safety legislation and ISO standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a NEBOSH General Certificate and have experience in the waste or construction industry.

Additional qualifications such as ISO internal auditor status are highly desirable.
