Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Finance Manager - Distribution to join our team in the UK and Mainland Europe. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for partnering with Operations to drive financial planning and analysis for our online businesses. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the successful execution of our e-commerce strategy and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans for e-commerce fulfillment operations.
- Approve capital expenditures and manage the capex budget.
- Present financial results and insights to senior management.
- Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure delivery of key financial metrics.
- Collaborate with the Manager of E-commerce Finance on strategic projects to drive business growth.
- Identify opportunities to optimize operations and minimize risk/cost to the business.
- Perform ad-hoc project and analysis work as required.
Business Partnering
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Operations and 3rd party fulfillment partners.
- Provide financial analysis and support to business partners.
- Build and maintain open relationships within Finance.
Requirements
- Proven track record of developing talent and effective teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant.
