About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce and Marketing Manager to join our team at Rontec Roadside Retail Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving our E-Commerce channel and developing our marketing strategy to enhance our brand presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our E-Commerce platform to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Lead the development of our marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with our category managers and retail teams to ensure effective communication and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform our marketing and E-Commerce decisions.
  • Oversee the creation and publication of our Shop N Talk company magazine.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our E-Commerce delivery partners.
  • Assess and provide feedback on team performance.
Requirements
  • Previous E-Commerce management experience in a food retail environment.
  • Strong analytical and data skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to think strategically and show initiative.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • Commercial awareness and drive to meet targets.
