About the Role

Rontec Roadside Retail Limited is seeking an experienced E-Commerce and Marketing Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving the company's e-commerce strategy and marketing efforts to achieve business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless user experience and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns, promoting products and services to target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and inform future marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure effective supply chain management and optimal pricing.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing and e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, marketing, and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento, and marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or HubSpot.
