About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Finance Manager to join our team in the UK and Mainland Europe. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for partnering with Operations to drive financial processes and long-range planning for our online businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans for E-commerce fulfilment operations.
  • Approve Capital Expenditure and manage the Capex Budget.
  • Present financial information to Finance and Operations senior management.
  • Lead a team of finance professionals, providing management information, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting support.
  • Develop and manage direct reports, focusing on talent development and growth.
  • Collaborate with the Manager of E-commerce Finance on strategic projects to drive business growth.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise operations, minimise risk, and reduce costs.
Business Partnering
  • Establish strong relationships with Operations and 3rd party fulfilment partners.
  • Provide financial analysis and support to business partners.
  • Build and maintain open relationships within Finance.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of developing talent and effective teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant.
