About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Finance Manager to join our team in the UK and Mainland Europe. As a key member of our finance team, you will partner with Operations to drive financial processes and long-range planning for our online businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans for E-commerce fulfilment operations.
  • Approve Capital Expenditure and manage the Capex Budget.
  • Present financial information to Finance and Operations senior management.
  • Lead a team to deliver management information packs, reporting, budget, and forecast processes, and P&L cost line ownership.
  • Develop and manage direct reports to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with the Manager of E-commerce Finance on strategic projects to support the growth of the TJX E-commerce business.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise operations and minimise risk/cost to the business.
Business Partnering
  • Provide independent, credible, and challenging finance business partnering to support the delivery of business goals.
  • Partner with Operations and 3rd party fulfilment partners to drive business success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within Finance and across the business.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to business partners.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven track record of developing talent and effective teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively across all levels and departments.
  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant.
