E-commerce Finance Operations Manager

TJX Europe is seeking an E-commerce Finance Operations Manager to partner with Operations for our online businesses in the UK and Mainland Europe. This role is responsible for the related financial processes and long-range planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for our E-commerce fulfilment operations.
  • Approve Capital Expenditure and manage the Capex Budget.
  • Present to Finance and Operations senior management.
  • Accountable for team deliverables including management information packs, reporting, budget and forecast process, and P&L cost line ownership.
  • Responsible for talent development of direct reports.
  • Collaborate with Manager of E-commerce Finance on strategic projects to support the growth of the TJX E-commerce business.
  • Continually challenge current thinking and make recommendations on how to optimise operations and minimise risk/cost to the business.
  • Ad hoc project and analysis work.

Business Partnering:

  • Be an independent, credible, and challenging finance business partner to support the delivery of business goals.
  • Key business partner for Operations and 3rd party fulfilment partners.
  • Key business partner for Distribution Finance.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and support to business partners.
  • Build, develop and maintain strong and open relationships within Finance.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven track record of developing talent and effective teams.
  • Embodies humility and respect, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively across all levels and departments.
  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant.
