About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our team at Equiniti. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for providing an efficient, accurate, and friendly service to our colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administration services to customers, working to Service Levels with adherence to quality targets.
  • Complete, check, and audit casework, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and training to colleagues.
  • Engage with client contacts to resolve complex customer enquiries based on competent working knowledge of customer requirements and pension knowledge.
  • Provide technical guidance to teams, identifying process improvements to enhance output and customer service.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in senior pensions administration is essential for this role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Proven track record of quality, timely delivery, and strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Ability to develop positive and productive working relationships with people.
  • Strong IT skills and willingness to learn a variety of systems.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days a week required in the office.
