About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our team at Equiniti. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for providing an efficient, accurate, and friendly service to our colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administration services to customers, working to service levels with adherence to quality targets.
- Complete, check, and audit casework, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and training to colleagues.
- Engage with client contacts to resolve complex customer enquiries based on competent working knowledge of customer requirements and pension knowledge.
- Provide technical guidance to teams, identifying process improvements to enhance output and customer service.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in senior pensions administration is essential for this role.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Proven track record of quality, timely delivery, and strong numeracy skills/literacy skills.
- Developing positive and productive working relationships with people is essential.
- Strong IT skills and a willingness to learn a variety of systems.
Benefits:

Working Arrangements:
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days a week required in the office. Candidates can work from any of our UK office locations.
