About the Role

We are seeking an experienced pensions administrator to join our team at Synchronicity Group. As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you will be responsible for dealing with pension scheme members, explaining how their pension works, and handling complex calculations.

You will work closely with our clients to deliver administration services to their pension schemes, with a focus on Defined Benefit schemes. This is a senior role that requires strong exposure to checking the work of colleagues and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in pensions administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver pragmatic solutions and apply a logical approach to problem-solving
  • Support and develop team members
  • Prepare helpful and informative documentation
  • Communicate with pension scheme members, clients, and third parties
  • Guide scheme members and clients through complex pension calculations

You should have a strong understanding of pension schemes and the ability to communicate complex information to our clients.
