Senior Pensions Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our team at WTW. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for servicing both member and client queries in relation to DB and some DC pension schemes.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Team Leader to ensure that all service level agreements and performance standards are achieved.
- Deputise in the absence of the Team Leader and provide senior-level support to the team.
- Be a senior point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases, providing guidance and support to less experienced associates.
- Train, support, and mentor junior associates, holding regular feedback sessions to ensure their development and growth.
- Assist in more complex/project work, including complaints, and continuously seek to identify areas where the service to clients/members could be improved.
- Ensure that targets and deadlines are met, maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality in all work.
- Experience of administrating occupational pension schemes, with a strong understanding of DB and DC pension schemes.
- Proven experience of coaching and supporting less experienced associates, with a focus on their development and growth.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including good written and verbal communication, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Good time management skills, with the ability to organise and prioritise own workload, meeting deadlines and targets.
- Able to work to a high level of accuracy, with a strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- Customer and quality focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and members.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
