About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pension Administrator to join our team at WTW. As a Pension Administrator, you will play a critical role in the administration of occupational pension schemes, ensuring that our clients receive a high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, providing clear and concise information about their pension schemes.
  • Pension Scheme Administration: Accurately process and administer pension scheme data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve potential problems and complaints, escalating issues to senior administrators as necessary.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve the quality of our service, ensuring that clients receive a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
