Accounts Assistant Apprentice

ProTalent Limited is currently working with a successful accountancy practice in Cambridge to recruit an experienced Accounts Semi-Senior. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a boutique firm that values innovation and technology.
The ideal candidate will have:
- AAT level 3 or 4, ACCA or ACA studier
- Minimum 1 year's experience in accounts preparation within a practice environment
- Strong practical knowledge of double entry accounting and cloud-based systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients directly
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing financial statements and accounting schedules
- Liaising with clients to resolve queries and obtain further information
- Ensuring a high level of service to meet client expectations
- Managing time effectively to ensure jobs are completed within budget
