About the Account Assistant Apprentice Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Assistant Apprentice to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description

The Account Assistant Apprentice will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of the company, including the creation and posting of customer invoices, credit control activities, and monitoring of business mailboxes.

The successful candidate will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

You will also provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements
  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 4/C or above, including English and Maths
  • A methodical approach to problem-solving
