Job Description for Apprentice Chef Trainee

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our team as an apprentice chef trainee. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will assist senior chefs in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

Compensation: £24,029.78 per annum (Real Living Wage)

Working Hours: 36.5 hours per week, including early, late, split shifts, and weekend work.

Responsibilities
  1. To assist in menu planning and food preparation.
  2. To maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  3. To learn and develop new cooking techniques and recipes.
