Job Title: Apprentice Team Member

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Team Member. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales, customer service, and teamwork, while working towards a Level 2 Retail Team Member qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake daily procedures and process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer enquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to promotional activities and visual merchandising, maintaining high-quality standards at all times.
  • Use technology and digital solutions to assist with customer transactions and store operations.
