We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Practitioner for Adolescents and Families to join our Integrated Adolescent Service in Kent County Council. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with adolescents and their families, providing specialist support and guidance to help them navigate complex issues.

The successful candidate will have a degree in social work, be registered with Social Work England, and have significant experience of working with children and families, particularly those who have experienced adverse life events or trauma. They will also have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

The salary for this position is £50,000-£56,499 per annum, plus a car allowance of £2,000 per year and a retention package worth up to £3,000 per year after a qualifying period. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and access to professional development opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of social workers, providing coaching and mentoring, and contributing to the development of new initiatives. You will also work closely with other agencies to ensure seamless service delivery and advocate for the needs of adolescents and their families.
