Special Needs Education Professional

The role of a Special Needs Education Professional is to provide a supportive learning environment for children with social emotional and mental health needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Primary settings, specifically teaching KS2 (Year 5-6) and KS3 (Year 7-8). As a key member of the school community, you will contribute to the school's pastoral structures, either as Tutor or Co-tutor.
As a Teacher for Children with Social Emotional and Mental Health Needs, you will be expected to possess excellent communication skills, resilience, and compassion. A Degree in a relevant subject area and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) are essential requirements for this role. Enhanced DBS is also a must.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as professional development opportunities and a chance to work in a dynamic and supportive team.
