Job Title: Special Education Needs Assistant

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

  • Provide tailored support to students with SEN, ensuring they receive the necessary resources to thrive academically and emotionally.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement specialised education plans and strategies.
  • Work closely with SENCOs and other school staff to develop and implement personalised learning goals and interventions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with individuals with SEN, preferably in a school setting.
  • A genuine passion for supporting students' academic and social development.
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent are advantageous but not essential.
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
