Student Development Assistant

We are recruiting for a Student Development Assistant to work in our St. Albans office, supporting the delivery of educational programs and activities designed to promote student growth and achievement.
Main Duties:- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
- Assist in creating a supportive learning environment, fostering positive relationships among students and staff
- Provide individualized support to students with special needs, adapting instructional methods as necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Previous experience working with students of varying abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
An estimated annual salary of £30,000 - £40,000, depending on qualifications and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for career progression.
