K3 Capital Group Plc, a leading business sales specialist, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our growing team in Bolton. The successful candidate will provide crucial support to our operations team, ensuring seamless management of tasks such as processing enquiries and NDAs, website portal updates, and connecting buyers with relevant business opportunities.

The Role

As a Sales Support Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team. You'll be responsible for managing tasks such as data entry, email communication, and updating records. Requirements
  • Strong organisational skills: you're great at managing your workload and staying on top of tasks.
  • Fast and accurate typing: you can type at least 70 words per minute with 96% accuracy.
  • Clear communication skills: you work well with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure: you handle a fast-paced environment with ease.
  • Team player attitude: you enjoy working with others to achieve goals.
  • Good IT skills: you're comfortable with technology and handling data.
