Job Title: Publicity Manager - UK

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Publicity Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our publicity team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing publicity campaigns for designated Universal theatrical releases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote Universal theatrical releases.
  • Work closely with the Head of Publicity to develop a strategic publicity plan for each release.
  • Organise and facilitate kick-off brainstorms for each film to ensure a strong raft of creative ideas.
  • Pitch access on productions and build effective working relationships across marketing, promotions, and sales.
  • Manage the budget on designated theatrical releases and work to main campaign budgets.
Requirements:
  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of publicity and UK media, both traditional and emerging.
  • Ability to devise and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated theatrical publicity experience coupled with a track record of achievement.
  • In-depth understanding of digital media and influencer marketing.
  • Strong experience ideating and producing events, including screenings, junkets, and film premieres.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commitment to innovation.
