Job Title: Strategic Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead our team in Kendal, Cumbria. As a Strategic Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve their goals. You will also have strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.

The salary for this position is £28,574-£30,066.40 per annum pro rata, plus benefits. The contract is permanent, requiring a full DBS check paid by the employer. The working hours are 28 hours per week, with a closing date for applications when sufficient suitable candidates are received.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
