This exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced District Nurse Team Lead to join our Integrated Community Care Group. As a key leader in our team, you will be responsible for developing an effective and highly performing team, working closely with locality senior management.

The successful candidate will have significant recent community experience, with a strong background in community specialist practice. They will also possess evidence of relevant post-graduate education in related areas, such as frailty, falls, long-term condition management, and neurological rehabilitation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult protection issues and experience of audit. They will also be able to travel across the Bay independent of public transport.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £60,000 per annum.
