About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced District Nurse Team Leader to join our team in Kendal. As a key member of our Integrated Community Care Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading your team to achieve outstanding results.

You will be responsible for managing a complex caseload, developing and implementing effective strategies to improve patient outcomes, and working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless services and integrated care.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, comprehensive training and development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
