As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the way in partnerships and fundraising, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative fundraising initiatives.

Key Objectives

">
  • Develop and implement effective partnerships and fundraising strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, public sector contracting, and private individuals/HNWI partners.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement creative programs to generate new business opportunities.
  • Establish strong internal networks to facilitate effective collaboration across teams and departments.
  • Contribute to feeding the business pipeline by identifying, researching, and planning approaches to suitable prospects.
  • Utilize the charity's CRM system to record data and produce analytics guiding decision-making.

Requirements and Benefits

The successful candidate will have at least 4 years' experience in sales, marketing, or fundraising, with a proven ability to secure new business up to £6-figure donor relationships, account manage commercial or fundraising relationships, and contribute significantly to year-on-year added value, leading to renewals and increased commitment.

This maternity cover position comes with a competitive salary range of c£45-£50k + benefits, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to make a significant impact on the charity's partnerships and fundraising efforts.
