Business Development Opportunity:

We are seeking a Director of Business Growth to lead our business development efforts in Blackpool.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue growth through strategic client engagement and innovative sales approaches.
  • Forge and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key clients.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed financial targets.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and execute market strategies.

Compensation Package:

  • $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonus structure.
