Customer Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Blackpool. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a sales role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
