About the Role

We are looking for a Business Growth Executive to join our team. As a Business Growth Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, cold calling, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, and business development.
  • Network with schools, multi-academy trusts, contractors, and architects to understand their buying needs.
  • Identify and act on new business development opportunities and emerging market trends.
  • Collaborate with the Head of New Business and Sales Team to convert opportunities into sales.
Requirements:
  • A relationship-builder with a knack for building rapport and trust in a telemarketing environment.
  • A confident communicator who thrives in a telesales-based role, reaching new customers and prospects.
  • A skilled networker across phones, video calls, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Experience in telesales within schools, trusts, or the construction industry would be a huge plus.
