We are looking for a Business Growth Executive to join our team. As a Business Growth Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, cold calling, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and grow a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, and business development.
- Network with schools, multi-academy trusts, contractors, and architects to understand their buying needs.
- Identify and act on new business development opportunities and emerging market trends.
- Collaborate with the Head of New Business and Sales Team to convert opportunities into sales.
- A relationship-builder with a knack for building rapport and trust in a telemarketing environment.
- A confident communicator who thrives in a telesales-based role, reaching new customers and prospects.
- A skilled networker across phones, video calls, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Experience in telesales within schools, trusts, or the construction industry would be a huge plus.
- A competitive salary of up to £35,000 + bonus.
