Job Summary: We are seeking an exceptional Head of Sales and Growth to lead our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in commercial sales, able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Description:
As a Head of Sales and Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to identify opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, trusts, contractors, and architects.
  • Manage and inspire Business Development Managers (BDMs) to deliver results.
  • Utilize our market-leading CRM to track, manage, and report all sales activity.

Requirements: A proven track record in commercial sales, experience working within schools, trusts, construction, facilities management, or related sectors is highly beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines are essential.
