Senior New Homes Sales Executive

The Senior Sales Consultant will work closely with the Head of Sales to manage a database of prospects, track sales and marketing activity, identify areas for growth, and report progress regularly. The successful candidate will have experience in delivering presentations to potential buyers and be able to travel extensively throughout the region to showcase properties and developments.
Job Requirements
Commercial acumen and good sales track records are essential for this role. The successful candidate will have experience in estate agency, new home sales, or property sales, with a proven track record of building meaningful customer relationships that convert into sales. Strong communication skills, with the ability to inspire others in the team, are also required.
