New Homes Sales Opportunity
Exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Nationwide Recruitment Service Ltd, working closely with the prestigious developer.
The role is based in Exeter, and we are looking for an experienced sales professional who can deliver results-driven sales performance, proactively selling properties, developments, and lifestyles.
The ideal candidate will have a solid career in new home sales, ideally selling off-plan properties. You will take customers and potential clients on tours of the developments, managing all aspects of the sale through to completion.
You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with customers, inspiring others in your team to develop and achieve sales, as well as identifying areas for growth and reporting progress regularly to the Head of Sales.
We are seeking a compassionate, calm, and caring leader with a proven track record in building customer relationships that have converted into sales. The successful candidate will also possess commercial acumen and good sales track records, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
The salary for this position is approximately £34,000, plus commission and excellent benefits, c. £40,000 OTE. This may suit someone who has been an estate agent, luxury apartments sales advisor, sales manager, business development manager.

Requirements:
- Solid career in new home sales, ideally selling off-plan properties.

- Full UK driving license.
